About the Journal
The Azman University International Journal of Management and Social Sciences (AUIJMSS) publishes original research, theoretical contributions, and evidence-based policy analysis across the management and social science disciplines, with particular attention to the economic, social, and developmental challenges facing Nigeria and the wider African context.
Published by the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Azman University, Kano, the journal appears twice yearly and considers only original work that is not under review elsewhere. All articles are freely available under an open-access licence.
